MAKING APPOINTMENTS

• Our office is open for patient appointments Monday through Friday, between the hours of 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM; the latest time for scheduling an appointment is 6:30 PM.
• You can make an appointment by calling our Front Desk at 212.867.0405

THERE ARE SEVERAL TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS

• An Initial Evaluation by a medical doctor or chiropractor can take up to one hour. On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out an intake form, which varies in length from one to four pages depending on the type of care you are seeking and your medical insurance provider.
• A Follow-Up Examination by a medical doctor or chiropractor can take approximately 3 minutes.
• A Therapy Session or Procedure can take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the nature of the patient's problem the intensity of active care, and the number of therapeutic procedures or modalities performed during a single visit.

To cancel or reschedule an Appointment for any reason, please call our Front Desk at 212.867.0405, as soon as possible.
